It is our pleasure to welcome you to Lifestyle Health & Fitness Centre, Nanaimo's largest and most established fitness centre.

We are not just your average fitness centre —

Unlike other clubs, we have fully certified personal trainers around the centre on a regular basis to help you with any questions or training concerns. Someone is always here to help!

The Lifestyle swimming pool was built in the 1970s (just ask some of your 30-something peers, many came to Aqua Tots here as children!) and now it is completely renovated and updated. Not only are the custom tiles covering the pool deck gorgeous, they are also anti-slip and safe for everyone. Come see us, we guarantee you'll be impressed!
