Aerobics Classes

Participants are encouraged to attend the entire class. All our instructors are certified and are happy to answer questions and receive feedback. Please inform the instructor if you’re pregnant or you’ve had recent surgery.

Absolutely Abs – Level 1 to 3

30 mins

Great for those wishing to focus on their mid-section. A variety of techniques are used, incorporating the ball, step, or weights. Warm up prior to class suggested.

Anything Goes – Level 1 to 3

60 mins.

A different workout every week. Different techniques and equipment will be used. Good cardio and muscle conditioning guaranteed.

Athletic Cardio - Level 2 to 3

60 mins.

This is a non-choreographed class featuring sports conditioning at its finest! This class will run the gauntlet from hopscotch to football runs, helping you take your fitness to the next level.

Below the Belt – Level 1 to 3

30 mins.

Ideal for all exercisers wishing to focus on their glutes. Excellent for entry-level members, intermediate, active rehab and motivated individuals pressed for time. Class focus on glutes, legs, lower back, hips and adductors. Warm-up prior to class suggested.

Body Sculpt – Level 1 to 3

60 mins.

This class will challenge and condition all of your muscles. Train for tone and shape using free weights, resist-a-balls, bands and much more.

Dance the Decades - Level 1 to 3

60 mins.

A lively action-packed class which incorporates major dance influences from past decades. Come twist, tango, and boogie your way to improved fitness.

Fit Ball – Level 1 to 2

60 mins.

The stability ball classes will take fitness training into a brand new world of fun and challenge. You will never have the same workout. Train for muscular balance, coordination, endurance and flexibility.

Lunch on the Ball - Level 1 to 2

60 mins.

A fun full-body workout utilizing the unique properties of the stability ball. This class will help core strength and balance while toning all muscle groups.

Simply Cardio – Level 1 to 2

60 mins.

Try this new format. Come join this cardio training class that lasts for 30 minutes! Basic class on Mondays to a more advanced class on Thursdays. A great way to start your week.

Step N’ Sculpt – Level 3

60 mins./75 mins.

This class will provide you with 35 minutes of fat burning step routines followed by body sculpting using any of our resistance tools and techniques. Your muscles and body will thank you.

TGIF Workout – Levels 1 to 3

45 mins./1 hr

If your mind is tired at the end of your week, but your body needs a boost of energy, then the athletic step and muscle conditioning workout is the answer! There is no complicated choreography to think about. Just simple and effective moves and step combined with athletic training type of drills on the floor. Muscle conditioning follows workout.

TGIF A.M.

60mins

Do not expect a lot of choreography for this last day of the week! Low impact cardio bouts will be imposed with muscle conditioning to create this interval-training type class.

Total Body Workout – Level 2 to 3

60 mins./90 mins.

This energy packed class combined step with interval training and muscle conditioning. Step and low to high impact may be used in these classes. Giving the best of fat burning and body re-shaping all in one class.

20/20/20 – Level 2 to 3

60 mins.

20 minutes of advanced step or hi-lo aerobics, followed by 20 minutes of high intensity. High impact interval training, ending out the hour with 20 minutes of strength training using dumbbells, tubing or resistance bands.
