Aqua Boot Camp - All Levels

60 mins.

Deep and shallow ed training focusing on endurance and strength. This is a fun filled hour of upbeat fitness in the pool. Bring your favorite CD if you want!

Aqua Stretch & Sculpt - Level 1 to 2

45 mins.

A class combining body sculpting, muscle conditioning, and flexibility to maintain your full body form and tone your muscles. Increase your strength , mobility, body awareness and agility. Correct posture, technique, and back care are stressed. Low impact.

Aqua Dance – Level 1 to 3

60 mins./75 mins.

Varied fun aerobic workouts throughout the week incorporating dance, cardiovascular training, muscle strengthening, flexibility and endurance. The 75-minute class on Mondays is followed by Aqua-Stretch for a cool down. Aqua Stretch is a 15-minute program done in soft candlelit blue water setting for complete relaxation.

Aqua Power – Level 2

60 mins.

Enjoy a true cross-training workout utilizing the properties of water to give you a great cardio workout while toning your muscles. A variety of current training methods will be used. Mixed impact.

Water Fitness – Level 1 to 3

60 mins.

A total body workout in the water. Warm-up, interval training in the shallow or deep-end, followed by muscle work and a warm down. Guaranteed to make you sweat – yes, even in the water!
