Note to YOGA Participants: These classes are not intended for those suffering from the following conditions: cancer or benign tumors, detached retina, diabetes, epilepsy including petit mal, heart disease, high blood pressure, HIV, Meniere's disease, Multiple Scelorirs, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, physical handicaps, pregnancy and recent post- operative conditions. In such conditions, please seek our registered programs.
Yoga Flow - All levels |

| Classical Hatha Asana yoga where each pose blends and leads into the next. |
Yoga – Level 1 |
60 mins./75 mins. |
| For those who are new and require a foundation in Yoga. Basic poses and breathing will be covered. Emphasis on standing and sitting poses. |
Yoga – Level 2 |
60 mins. |
For those who have taken Level 1 classes for at least 3 or 6 months. Basic poses will be refined. This class contains a 15 min. meditative component. |
Pilates Level 1 |
60 mins. |
Designed for participants who have completed the intro program and have mastered the basic exercises and want a further challenge. A very progressive class focusing on breathing, concentration, centering, precision, control and flowing movements.
Pre-requesite: Pilates Intro for 8 weeks |
Pilates Level 2 |
60 mins. |
These classes offer more complex and dynamic classes. You will be introduced to props to further your workout. Bebefits include improved posture and a longer, leaner look.
Pre-requesite: Pilates Level 1 for 8 weeks. |
