Training/Fitness Philosophy:

Fitness is a part of a lifestyle. "Just do it! Do not think about it". Play, have fun, never give up, and never stop completely. Set realistic goals for yourself and adjust your program according to how you feel. A little bit every day eventually equals to long term results. Also, it's important to keep mentally and physically active throughout retirement age to be able to keep moving and enjoy the later years. I believe fitness is preventative medicine.
