Personal Trainers

Bianca Burton

Bianca has been enrolled at VIU as a Bachelor of Arts student majoring in Sports Health and Physical Education (SHAPE) and will be completed her 5 year program by April 2010 with a degree.

Bianca has taken a wide range of courses including nutrition for health and sport, psychology, sociology, anatomy & physiology, biomechanics, physical activity of special populations, applied movement analysis including work-out/weight training program designs and more.

While Bianca has been in the SHAPE program at VIU, she has received additional certification through BCRPA accredited instructors. Upon the completion of my course assignments I will be obtaining BCRPA Personal Training certification.

As a trainer, my main focus is to create a program that the client will not only gain the results they are looking for, but that will be fun. My rule in designing programs is: If you don't like what you are doing you won't do it!
