She believes that any goal can be accomplished with a belief in ones self, a certain amount of realistic optimism, an understanding of what’s required in order to accomplish each goal, and a willingness to produce continuous effort in order to overcome obstacles and setbacks as they happen along the way.

programs. Andrew has certifications in 7 health and fitness coaching fields. 3 years’ experience in health and
fitness coaching. Specializing in Yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin/Restorative, Kundalini, KAY Children’s Yoga, and Laughter Yoga.

Encouraged by friends and his own personal trainer, he set out to challenge his own limitations as a natural body builder. Since then he has competed and placed in the top three at two nationally sanctioned competitions.

Marissa graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Specializing in joint
mobility, flexibility and stabilization. Marissa has focused her work on rehabilitating
individuals with knee and hip joint problems, as well as helping to bring independence
back into the lives of those post-surgery.
