Water Fitness– Level 1 – 3 (60 minutes)
Varied fun aerobic workouts throughout the week incorporating cardiovascular training, muscle strengthening, flexibility and endurance. Exercises can be performed in shallow or deep water.
Aqua Zumba- Level 1-3 (60 minutes)
Integrating Zumba dance class with traditional aqua fitness disciplines. Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.
It’s a Zumba pool party!
